How will you achieve confidence this year? If you’re already there, how will you continuously improve yours while helping others achieve confidence for themselves?

Books to Help You Achieve Confidence:

Over the years I improved my own self-confidence which is why I know you can too. A couple ways I went of to achieve confidence, self esteem, and perception of myself were by consciously doing these five simple actions:

1) Dressing with Purpose

When I look good, I feel good. I went so far as to buy only nice clothes so I can’t give myself the opportunity to scrub it out. Every day people tell me how good I look!

2) Talking with Purpose

If you have nothing nice to say then don’t say anything at all.

Karma comes back full circle and words in today’s world can have a hug impact on someone else.

If I can’t positively contribute to a conversation, I either leave or do my best to keep my mouth shut.

3) Walking with Purpose

Slow walkers have no place to go. They don’t care how much time they waste.

Walking faster will allow you to accomplish more and feel good about it.

Walk with a purpose!

4) Self-Talk with Purpose

Create a script selling yourself to yourself pertaining to your skills, talents and abilities.

Write it down and read it every day in front of a mirror.

I got my sisters to help me write it because I wasn’t confident enough to see my positive qualities.

Read your “mini commercial” in front of a mirror while looking yourself in the eyes. Yes, it’s awkward at first but is very powerful and life changing.

5) Daily Improvements with Purpose

Congratulating yourself on everything you did well in front of a mirror at then end of each day will boost yourself esteem very quickly.

Looking myself in my eyes, I tell myself what I learned, what I did excellent at, and how I can IMPROVE.

While smiling and looking yourself in your eyes, finish by saying, “I love you [name].” I give myself a high-five too!

1) Taking 100% Responsibility

Stop making excuses and blaming other people!

Control the decisions you make by exercising your free-will.

When you believe in an idea you thought of, get excited and remember this is your idea!

Never let anyone steal your dreams from you because they don’t think it’s possible.

3) Forgiving Yourself & Others

By forgiving yourself and stop beating yourself up, you’re able to move on by releasing the past.

Learn from the past and try not to make the same mistakes again.

4) Failing to Succeed

Failing is a learning opportunity. Know what went right and how to improve, then move on.

The only way to achieve noteworthy success in anything is to “fail” a lot. Don’t be a part of the average and conformed status quo by giving up!

Those who matter in the world know that failing is essential, get use to if if you have a dream.

5) Never Ever Give Up

Celebrating small wins will keep your hopes and confidence at a level to keep moving foreword.

All the pain, struggling, and hurt feelings along the way will help you grow to actually achieve what it is you desire most.

When pursuing anything, it’s all about who you become as a person, not what you receive.

Only those with persistence are the only ones who deserve what they receive!

Challenge to Achieve Confidence

Pick one thing to work on for the next 30-days or until it becomes habit. Then move on to the next and develop that as a habit! Achieve confidence this year!
