The ” I AM Happy” could reflect a persons overall well-being.

Happiness is the culmination of your satisfaction with life along with how good you consistently feel about yourself.

Technically, happiness is a figment of our imagination. If we choose to be satisfied with what we have and take care of ourselves, we would all be saying, “I AM Happy!”

When you know, “I AM Happy” is true to you, others will being to see it as well.
