After years of thinking about it, I finally did it. I pitched a major online magazine as was accepted.

Its amazing what happens when you take a chance!

Being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) changed my life for the better. I was diagnosed with the ability to love and appreciate life.


Before I was diagnosed there were many instances of depression and other wild symptoms which I ignored.

Knowing the power of the mind, I am allowing my mind to take control of my healing process.

My first post in Thrive Global includes 10 Easy Ways to Think Positively. These are all techniques I used on myself over the years. Numerous of which I still practice daily today!

I then wrote 5 Simple Steps to Thinking Yourself Happy because people would ask me how I thought myself out of depression. Better yet, how I perceive a MS diagnosis as one of the most positive moments of my life.

If it wasn’t for MS, I wouldn’t be the person I love today.
