Have you ever sat down and seriously thought about what you want in your life and started Listing 101 Goals?

Most people will answer with “No”, but here is your chance to do just that.

This challenge comes from a very successful and highly admired individual from his book The Success Principles, by the glorious Jack Canfield.

Listing Your Deepest Desires

This exercise is to keep your mind on the right track and help you discover what you want from your life.  It will give you a boost of energy and the inspiration you need to get the most from yourself.

This powerful idea came from The Magic of Thinking Big by David Schwartz:

write down a giant list of things you want to achieve in your life.

To be more specific, make a list of 101 things you would like to achieve and/or do before you die.  It may seem overwhelming to look at everything because you may not know how to you will accomplish everything, or anything. That is not something to worry about during this exercise.

This list reinforces to you that life is worth living and can be very exciting to you.

I didn’t think I was going to reach 50. Soon enough, I discovered I wasn’t able to stop after passing 150, even 200. I only stopped because I had to get back to result producing actions.

Listing 101 Goals in Fantasy Land

Teachers tell us to pay attention. Stop day dreaming. Why? That’s what the worlds most successful people do.

School teaches you to remain in your place. To become a controlled employee.

Successful people’s actions are the opposite of what school dictates down to us.

This is your chance to do something you got punished for. Only this time, the rewards are astronomical.

Take some time out right now to use your imagination of what can be possible in your life:

  • Focus on what you WANT, not what you need
  • Surpass 101 achievements if you can
  • Write everything in detail

You may want to write them on/in:

Every time you accomplish your desired outcome, write “VICTORY” next to it.

They can be anything you would like to do, be or have in your life.

A few of my goals to achieve are:

  • Meet the president through a personal invite (and every president after that)
  • Win the Nobel Peace Prize
  • Win the Pulitzer Prize
  • Have a World-Wide prestigious award named after me
  • Weigh 155 lbs.

As I mentioned above, there are a lot more than this. I’ve learned to keep them to myself now because there are too many weak minded people out there who get offended and/or jealous. They’re the ones who’ll go far out of their way to destroy your efforts.

I started this exercise about 6 months prior to writing this blog.  I have not been able to cross one off yet but I am on my way to accomplishing a few within the next 5 years.

One of the biggest goals I wrote on my list which is extremely overwhelming to look at is:

  • Create 10,000 goals that will blow my mind once I achieve them and cross them all off the list after successfully accomplishing them on or before my 110th birthday. Insane right?
