What you think makes you who you are.

A paradigm is a specific way of thinking.  What your boss, colleagues, mentors, coaches, etc., have told you throughout your life on what you can and can’t do molds your thought process into limiting beliefs about yourself.

You’re not special. You can change your thinking once you choose to make that paradigms shift!

Where does your confidence come from when you do a certain activity?

I guarantee you that I will not be as confident doing that same thing because how I was brought up, the experiences that I went through and the people that came and went in my life all molded my thoughts and what I am capable of.

I have a challenge for you!

For the next 30 days repeat this statement as many times as you can every day.

You can even go as far as to record it and put it on your iPod or mp3 player so you can listen to it on loop when you sleep and during the day.

I am smart, I am determined to succeed.”

You can deceive yourself through constant suggestions to the subconscious.

By making the choice to change your thinking the way you want to think, constant suggestions to your subconscious.

Knowing that it takes 30 days to create a new habit, what harm can it do? It is only 30 days! It may change your life for the better!

After repeating the above statement for 30 days, what have you noticed differently about your paradigm of yourself?
