A paradigm is a specific way of thinking. What your boss, colleagues, mentors, coaches, etc., have told you throughout your life on what you can and can’t do molds your thought process into limiting beliefs about yourself.

I guarantee you that I will not be as confident doing that same thing because how I was brought up, the experiences that I went through and the people that came and went in my life all molded my thoughts and what I am capable of.
