Have you ever driven somewhere or done something with no memory of actually doing it? That’s our subconscious mind at work. It’s what makes us have that “Unlimited Power” Tony Robbins preaches about.

Knowing I need a massive paradigm shift, Bob Proctor programs is what’s going to get me there. The shift I am looking for pertains to multiple areas of life:

  1. Healthy mentality, behaviors, and habits
  2. Great relationship with money and success
  3. Better communication skills with people
  4. Become more accepting of others generosity
  5. More interested in conducting sales conversations
  6. Greater sense of self worth and value

After the first week of doing what Tom told me to do, this is only a small snippet of what I came up with!

My Goals

These four goals below are written on a 3×5 notecard which I carry around. They are so big, that if I ever achieve, it will blow my mind…except for the health goal. My health goal will be that my whole life for one reason, to always be able to fit in my grandpas leisure suit.

I’m told to pull this card out as many times as I can throughout the day and read it. When reading it, I visualize it being my present reality and add emotions to it making it more real.

I am in perfect health being flexible, energized, and alive weighing 155.

I am proud for publishing over 100 million bestselling authorpreneurs.

I am humbled being the premier health & wellness referral source for over 100 million global service providers.

I am relaxed and grateful having automated and systemized processes generate over $100 million every month.

My Affirmations

Affirmations are the only way to change your paradigms. According to Bob Proctor, it’s repetition or a dramatic emotional event that will change our belief systems. Once I get the chance to meet him, I’ll ask what his opinions are with NLP.

The more we repeat something, the more likely our subconscious mind will accept it as true. It doesn’t matter if it’s true or false, right or wrong, the subconscious will adapt it as true.

When I first started driving a manual transmission car, it took all my conscious energy leaving the radio off. Now, I can be on the phone, radio on, and drinking a beverage all at the same time with no thought as to driving the vehicle. Consistent repetition created it as habit. This same concept applies to all areas of life; especially the way we perceive the world around us.

What I did with these affirmations is recorded them on an MP3 which I listen to in the car, when driving, and even while typing this post.

They’re not goals, they are beliefs which I currently don’t have now. It’s funny because I wrote I AM – Children’s Book for Positive Thinkers for this exact reason. Instead of adults having to reprogram themselves later in life, why don’t we just instill positive self-imaging in our kids at a young age?

This is my future paradigm about myself:

My Tools

There are numerous tools I use to reprogram my mentality since it’s not going to produce the results I know I was born to. You may absolutely love these, or you may not. If you figure out a better way to do it for you, awesome or you can either copy me! This is what works for me:

  • Goal card to carry around everywhere
  • Notepad specific to writing my goals
  • MP3 of my affirmations and goals
  • Video of my affirmations and goals
  • Dream magazine (it’s like a dream board but printed as a magazine)
  • Carrying my Gratitude Stone

Challenge

Create a goal that you don’t already know how to achieve. Make it something that you’ve never done before. It should scare and excite you at the same time. Come up with one powerful goal today. Most of all, you should take one little baby step to making it reality within your lifetime!
